Prima dell’invio dell’Abstract, si prega di leggere attentamente le seguenti istruzioni
L’abstract dovrà pervenire entro il 20 Settembre 2024 solamente tramite la seguente procedura ON LINE; gli abstract pervenuti in altro modo non saranno accettati.
Gli abstracts verranno valutati in forma anonima e selezionati per la presentazione orale (video, caso clinico, o casistica clinica).
Tra gli abstracts selezionati per l’esposizione orale, n. 6 verranno scelti per la presentazione orale in Aula Plenaria.
Gli abstracts selezionati per la presentazione orale e poster verranno pubblicati su “Techniques in Coloproctology”, rivista ufficiale della SICCR.
Ogni decisione in merito ai lavori inviati verrà comunicata via e-mail dalla Segreteria entro il 20 Ottobre 2024.

Si considerino le seguenti linee guida:
Il TESTO INTERO dovrà essere contenuto entro i limiti indicati di 300 parole.
IL TESTO DOVRA’ ESSERE IN INGLESE.
Si avvisa che tabulazioni, formattazioni particolari e l’uso di simboli potrebbero non essere riportati correttamente. Per lo stesso motivo si consiglia di non utilizzare tabelle. Non saranno accettati testi con grafici, immagini, figure etc.
E’ considerato PRIMO AUTORE, il primo nome della lista degli autori sottostante il titolo dell’abstract ovvero colui che presenterà il lavoro al Congresso. Tutte le informazioni riguardanti il lavoro presentato saranno trasmesse all’indirizzo e-mail inserito nell’apposito spazio riservato, nel riquadro “dati del primo autore”.
Si prega di comunicare alla Segreteria Organizzativa se il lavoro verrà presentato da una persona diversa dal PRIMO AUTORE.
La STRUTTURA dell’abstract deve essere la seguente:
Background: indicare esattamente lo scopo dell’abstract
Pazienti e metodi: descrivere metodi e ricerche
Risultati: descrivere i risultati raggiunti e osservazioni
Conclusioni: descrivere gli aspetti innovativi ed importanti dei risultati raggiunti, etc.
UNA VOLTA COMPLETATA CORRETTAMENTE LA PROCEDURA PER L’INVIO ELETTRONICO DELL’ABSTRACT, IL PRIMO AUTORE RICEVERA’ UNA E-MAIL DI CONFERMA AL PROPRIO INDIRIZZO.
ATTENZIONE : TALE NOTIFICA INDICA CHE L’ABSTRACT E’ STATO CORRETTAMENTE INVIATO, NON SELEZIONATO PER LA PRESENTAZIONE AL CONGRESSO.

Please read and follow the instructions carefully
Abstracts must be submitted electronically before September 20, 2024.
The abstract on this form will appear exactly as submitted. No separate/additional work sent via e-mail or mail will be accepted Abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. The best oral presentations will be selected to be presented in special plenary sessions (as video, clinical case, case study).
Among the abstracts selected for the oral presentation, a total of 6 will be chosen for the oral presentation in the Plenary Chamber.
The abstracts selected for the oral and poster presentation will be published in “Techniques in Coloproctology”, the official journal of the SICCR.
The presenting author should contact SICCR if no acknowledgement has been received within October 20, 2023.
This can be done by e-mail or by contacting the SICCR Secretariat by email (Dott.ssa Marina Fiorino: marina.fiorino@siccr.org or Claudia Ferrero siccr@seleneweb.com ).
If a selected author cannot attend the conference, SICCR should be notified with the name of the replacement presenter as soon as possible.
Please note the following guidelines:
Abstracts must be typed in English in single line spacing. The length of the abstract must not exceed 300 words.
The following formats must not be used: bold, capital letters, underlining, tabs, tables, italics.
The first author listed in the abstract is considered the principal author and presenter at the meeting.
Title: the title should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the study.
Authors’ Names: when listing the authors’ names, the first names should be included.
Institute: give the location of the institute where the work was done.
STRUCTURE for abstracts: abstracts should state briefly and clearly the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the work.
Background: clearly state the purpose of the abstract.
Methods: describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects clearly.
Results: present your results in a logical sequence in text – do not use tables.
Conclusions: emphasise new and important aspects of the study and conclusions that are drawn from them.
THE PRESENTING AUTHOR (NOT CO AUTHORS) WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL THAT THE ABSTRACT HAS BEEN RECEIVED THIS NOTIFICATION IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PROCESSING AND DOES NOT INDICATE THAT THE ABSTRACT HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR PRESENTATION AT THE CONFERENCE.
